No Chapter Meeting in December
With the the busy month and the holidays coming up, we've cancelled this month's Chapter Meeting (formerly "Working Meeting"), but January's Chapter Meeting is already taking shape. The following is a note from our Director of Outreach, Rachel Starobinsky, on what to look forward to:

Design DEYS is our educational outreach program, and at January's Chapter Meeting (January 05, 2012) we will be relaunching the program for the New Year. We’d like to welcome everyone to join us and get involved.

Come meet our new Project Coordinators on the program, Sonya Cheng and Ambika Roos, and help us begin brainstorming ideas to kick this program into high gear. We'll also begin searching for new volunteers to help.

Until then, have a happy and healthy holiday season. Warmest greetings from Architecture for Humanity New York.

Best wishes,
Rachel Starobinsky, MPS, LEED AP

Under the BQE - project updates
We're pleased to welcome our two new Project Coordinators, Shan J. and Elisa Holland, to this project!

Sadly, however, Lucas London is leaving the project team. Lucas lead Under the BQE as Project Coordinator through the last year, successfully bringing it to its current third phase. His ongoing commitment has been greatly appreciated and we wish him the best of luck.

Mad Fun Farm - project update
We welcome Emily Wetherbee, a new Project Coordinator, to the Mad Fun Farm team!
