AFH & Pratt Interior Design Happy Hour

Please join Architecture for Humanity New York and Pratt Graduate Interior Design for a Happy Hour and Gallery Event on Thursday, May 3rd at Bentley Prince Street's NY showroom. Guided by professor and Architecture for Humanity Community Builder, Yutaka Takiura, the students have worked to develop viable design solutions to improve living conditions for transitional housing residents who have lost their homes to Japan's 2011 Earthquake and Tsunami.  Please come to our happy hour to check out  the displayed projects - and to speak with the designers.

May Chapter Meeting

Join Architecture for Humanity New York for our May Chapter Meeting at the Center For Architecture this Tuesday, May 1st.  Learn about new project opportunities  while working on a fast-paced mini charrette for a new park project in the Lower East Side. Preeti Sodhi, Architecture For Humanity Design Fellow, will be present to speak about the project.  Bring sketchbooks, pens, markers, or anything else you need to get creative! Tuesday May 1st 7-8 PM Meeting will be followed by a Happy Hour at Amity Hall (80 West 3rd St) with AFH drink specials!

Fundraising Happy Hour at LucePlan benefiting AFHny Project "Under the BQE"
